Loans are secured by second mortgage on your home. Re-mortgages are secured on your
home. All loans and re-mortgages are subject to status and are available to UK residents
aged 18 or over.
In some cases, a fee may be charged in relation to the arrangement of your loan. Your

prevention agencies who keep a record of such search, to confirm the Data, and for the
